I received this portrait commission after I painted the commission painting of house for the family. This was one of a few commission paintings I created for the same family in the year of 2007 to 2008. I accept portrait paitning commission for oil painting, but if my client prefer for a watercolor painting, I would be glad to do the painting in watercolor. For many years I taught watercolor portrait painting in Boston, and using watercolor as a portrait painting medium is almost as my second nature, and I like it as much as oil when it comes to portraiture painting.
