Watercolor painting technique: lifting-Off
Watercolor painting technique video demonstration

In this video demonstration, Yong showed us a way to correct and improve a watercolor painting after it has been dry, by using the lifting-off technique. Yong used his student's watercolor landscape painting as a sample, step-by-step demonstrate how to use a mid-size flat round-head watercolor brush, from weting the area which you need to correct, then performing the lifting-off, to adding back some fresh colors. Yong also demonstrated the reason for using this technique, and the tips on the benefits, how to, and things-not-to.
